These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mnl68 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. By registering an account or using any part of mnl68, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before placing any real-money wagers.
Only players aged 21 and above may register and use mnl68. Identity verification is mandatory before real-money play is enabled on any account.

By accessing the mnl68 Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager — whether for real money or with Bonus Funds — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the mnl68 Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform constitutes continued acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.
To register an Account and use the mnl68 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
Each Player may register only one Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
As an Account holder on the mnl68 Platform, you undertake to:
mnl68 will never contact Players requesting disclosure of account passwords. Any communication purportedly from mnl68 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.1 Deposits. mnl68 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱200 for bank transfers. mnl68 does not charge processing fees on deposits. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are available only to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that match the verified identity of the Account holder — no third-party withdrawals are permitted. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified Accounts are processed within one hour. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within one to three business hours during standard banking hours.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the mnl68 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion fee is charged by mnl68, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges for international transactions.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. mnl68 operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification. mnl68 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a hold on withdrawal requests pending compliance review.
6.1 General. From time to time, mnl68 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made, and to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limits will be specified in each promotion. Players should review these requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
6.4 Eligibility. mnl68 reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility at its sole discretion, including excluding specific Player segments from particular offers based on activity patterns, account history, or compliance status.
7.1 Random Number Generator. All non-live casino games on the mnl68 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including mnl68.
7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) determine game outcomes. mnl68 is not responsible for delays, stream interruptions, or disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection or device. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of any unresolved bet will be settled in accordance with the game provider's rules.
7.3 Sports Betting. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the mnl68 sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. mnl68 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a result is determined to have been manipulated, where a palpable error in odds is identified, or where events are cancelled or abandoned in accordance with applicable sport rules.
7.4 Malfunction. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting any game or bet, mnl68 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the Players' Wallets. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. Players should immediately report suspected malfunctions to the support team.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. mnl68 may apply maximum single-session or single-bet winnings caps. Any applicable caps will be communicated in individual game or promotion terms. Winnings exceeding applicable caps may, at mnl68's discretion, be forfeited or reduced to the applicable cap amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl68 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or an activity that interferes with personal, professional, or financial obligations.

9.2 Age Restriction. The minimum gambling age on the mnl68 Platform is 21 years old. Any Player found to have registered or played while under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all deposits returned, and all winnings forfeited.

All content on the mnl68 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, jeepney-inspired visual identity, logos, brand name, game interfaces, software architecture, written content, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of mnl68 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of mnl68.
Third-party game content displayed on the mnl68 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mnl68 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mnl68 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
12.1 By mnl68. mnl68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; regulatory requirement; or detection of a conflict of interest. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.
12.2 By the Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting mnl68 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable identity verification and withdrawal processing. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account balances may be subject to administrative fees as permitted by applicable law, after prior written notice to the Account holder's registered email address.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by mnl68 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
mnl68 collects personal data including identity documents, contact information, device identifiers, transaction records, and gameplay data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

mnl68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the mnl68 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date. Your balance at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12.2.
The current version of these Terms, marked with a "Last Updated" date, is always available at mnl68.club/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the mnl68 Platform shall first be submitted to mnl68's internal dispute resolution process. Players must notify mnl68 of any dispute in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. mnl68 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable. Both parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
